LODGE We require 50% down upon booking your reservation and the remaining balance is due before 60 days of arrival. Cleaning Fee: $300 Security Deposit: A $500 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 2 days prior to your arrival and will be released within 1 week after your departure as long as no damages or extra cleaning fees are incurred. CANCELLATION POLICY- Guest receives 100% refund if cancelled more than 60 days in advance. Guest receives 50% refund if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival unless the Lodge is rebooked for the full amount, less $200 rebooking fee. CABIN We require 50% down upon booking your reservation and the remaining balance is due before 30 days of arrival. Cleaning Fee: $120 Security Deposit: A $250 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 2 days prior to your arrival and will be released within 1 week after your departure as long as no damages or extra cleaning fees are incurred. CANCELLATION POLICY- Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival. Late arrivals or early departures will not be refunded. Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstance There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.

The agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking to keep from cancellation. All rules must be followed to avoid immediate eviction and termination of rental with no refund. -Primary renter must be age 23 Maximum occupancy at Lodge- 25 Maximum occupancy at Cabin- 6 -Check-in: 4:00 PM -Checkout: 10:00 AM -Self check-in with keypad -No smoking, Not 410 friendly -No pets -No parties allowed. Small events must be approved by the owners and an additional fee will be applied.
