LODGE
We require 50% down upon booking your reservation and the remaining balance is due before 60 days of arrival.
Cleaning Fee: $300-$350
Security Deposit: A $500 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 2 days prior to your arrival and will be released within 2 days after your departure as long as no damages or extra cleaning fees are incurred.
CANCELLATION POLICY- Guest receives 50% refund if cancelled more than 60 days in advance. If you need to cancel 30-60 days prior to arrival, you can purchase travel insurance to receive a full refund.
CABIN

Security Deposit: A $250 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 2 days prior to your arrival and will be released within 1 week after your departure as long as no damages or extra cleaning fees are incurred.
CANCELLATION POLICY- Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival. Late arrivals or early departures will not be refunded.
Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstance
There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.
