Welcome to Rio River Retreat in beautiful South Fork, Colorado!  
We offer a variety of cabins that accommodate 4-25 guests.  

Lodge

The LODGE is our largest vacation rental that sits on the Gold Medal fishing waters of the Rio Grande River with a large shaded yard, spacious deck and beautiful mountain views.  It will accommodate  25 guests on 3 levels and has 6 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft and 3 1/2 bathrooms.  The large game room with a pool table and 2 foos ball tables is a hit with the teenagers!!  The LODGE is perfect for family reunions, ATV/ ski/ fishing groups, men's/ women's retreats, quilt/ craft retreats, and destination weddings.

Park Haven

PARK HAVEN is situated right beside the city park, sledding hill, ice skating rink, and basketball courts (coming summer 2023). If you have kids, you'll love this completely remodeled cabin with wonderful porches and 3 master suites that will accommodate 10 guests.  We are still remodeling the inside, but are taking reservations starting December 15, 2022.

Cabin

The CABIN is located next door to the LODGE and will accommodate 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, loft and 1 bathroom.  You will love the wrap around deck with a gas fireplace, large yard with horseshoes, and a lower yard with a riverside fire pit for evening campfires.  Located on the gold medal waters of the Rio Grande River, you will love the fishing access that the CABIN provides.
